Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, colors and images displayed on the website are accurate.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen, device settings and lighting conditions.

Measurements may have minor variations.

Availability & Pricing

Product availability is subject to stock.

In the event of a genuine pricing, stock, technical or system error, J.Collection reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order.

If payment has already been made for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be refunded in accordance with applicable UAE law.

All prices are displayed in AED and include 5% VAT where applicable.

Orders

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation does not prevent J.Collection from cancelling or correcting an order where there is a genuine stock, pricing, technical, payment, fraud, legal or regulatory issue.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates based on product availability and normal courier operations.

Exceptional circumstances may result in delays beyond the stated delivery time.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
