Shipping policy
UAE Delivery
• We deliver across the UAE.
• Free delivery for orders of AED 500 or more.
• For orders below AED 500:
* AED 30 delivery within Dubai.
* AED 50 delivery to other Emirates.
• Standard delivery is 1–2 business days maximum, subject to product availability.
• If an item is temporarily unavailable and requires restocking, delivery may take up to 10 days. Customers will be informed if their order includes a restock item.
• If an order contains both available items and items requiring restocking, the order may be delivered once all items are available, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
• Delivery times may be extended in exceptional circumstances beyond J.Collection’s reasonable control, including severe weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays or disruptions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers will be informed where a significant delay is expected.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and contact information.
• If an incorrect or incomplete address requires an additional delivery attempt, additional delivery charges may apply.
Syria Delivery
We do not offer direct shipping to Syria through the website.
If a customer wishes to send an order to Syria, they may arrange an independent third-party courier at their own expense.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, customs duties, taxes and clearance costs.
Once the order is handed over to the third-party courier, J.Collection is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, customs issues, rejection or confiscation.
Shipping to Syria through a third-party courier is a separate arrangement from the purchase made through J.Collection.
