Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery orders are subject to full payment upon delivery.
The delivery courier is authorized to hand over the order only after receiving the full amount due, including any applicable delivery charges.
By placing a Cash on Delivery order, the customer agrees to pay the full order amount upon delivery.
If the customer refuses or is unable to make the required payment, the order will not be handed over and will be returned to J.Collection.
If an order is delivered and received without payment due to an error or unauthorized action, the full order amount remains payable to J.Collection. J.Collection reserves the right to take appropriate steps to recover any outstanding amount in accordance with applicable UAE laws.
J.Collection may restrict or suspend Cash on Delivery for customers or orders where there has been a previous refusal to pay, unsuccessful delivery, repeated cancellation or other circumstances that reasonably justify limiting the service.
Cash on Delivery is available within the UAE and is subject to availability.
All prices are displayed in AED and include 5% VAT where applicable.
Customers will receive a purchase receipt/invoice showing the purchase amount and applicable VAT details.
